📜 Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The $CLICK giveaway is open to individuals worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participants must be 18 years or older (or age of majority in their jurisdiction).

2. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

• Purchase Entry: Hold $CLICK tokens in your Solana wallet. You will receive 1 entry ticket for every $5 USD worth of $CLICK held at the snapshot time.
• No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Entry: Submit the form below to receive 1 free entry. Limited to one entry per wallet address per giveaway round.

3. Entry Period

Each giveaway round has a defined start and end time (displayed on the main page). The snapshot is taken at or shortly after the round end time. No entries or balance changes after the snapshot will be counted.

4. Winner Selection

Winners are selected using a provably fair cryptographic process:

• A server secret is generated and its hash is published before the round starts
• At snapshot time, the Solana blockhash is recorded
• The secret is revealed and combined with the blockhash to create a random seed
• Weighted random selection is performed using this seed
• All data is published for independent verification

5. Prizes

Each round awards a USD-denominated prize in $CLICK tokens to the winner. The exact amount of $CLICK tokens is calculated based on the current market price at the time the winner is drawn. This ensures the winner receives the full USD value in $CLICK at the moment of the draw. Prizes are paid directly to the winner's Solana wallet. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

Note: As the $CLICK token appreciates in value, the same USD prize represents increasingly valuable tokens, providing greater potential value to winners over time.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of tickets held by each entrant. Each ticket has an equal probability of being selected. Total entrants and tickets are published after each draw.

7. Winner Notification

Winners are automatically paid via blockchain transaction. The winning address and transaction signature are published on the main site and proof page. Winners may also be announced on social media.

8. Taxes & Compliance

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. The sponsor makes no guarantees regarding tax treatment of prizes. Participants must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

9. Privacy

Only public blockchain addresses are collected. No personal information is required for entry. NPN entrants may provide an optional nickname for display purposes only.

10. Disclaimer

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or errors in smart contracts or systems. All decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor from any liability.

11. Modifications

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical difficulties, or legal requirements.
